I’m writing to inform you about the current status of enterprise bargaining negotiations at Monash College, hosted by the National Tertiary Education Union.

We commenced bargaining April 30, and have been meeting with management every two to three weeks.

Your colleagues in the Union are fighting for an above-inflation pay-rise, greater job security and fairer workloads, but we need to hear from you to inform our negotiations. If we want to achieve real improvements to the way we work, and our wages, we will need to fight hard and in a united way to achieve this.
