Dear colleagues

We welcome today’s message from the Vice-Chancellor signalling her wish to reach a new Enterprise Agreement quickly and constructively.

The end of semester and the summer break are approaching and our union, the NTEU, will continue developing our claims for a new Agreement.

To allow staff to participate, NTEU members will meet early in Semester 1 next year to vote on our claims, when everyone has returned to campus and can participate fully.

In the meantime, we’ve let senior management know that we are ready to meet and invite them to share any proposals they wish staff to consider.

Our Bargaining Survey closes tomorrow Thursday 9 October. If you have not already taken it, it’s not too late.
